Privacy Policy

SalesBoard Prime is a product of AdairLabs. We provide a web-based sales leaderboard platform designed for teams. Our application is available at app.salesboardprime.com and our marketing site at salesboardprime.com.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have regarding your data.

Beta Signup

If you sign up for our beta waitlist, we collect your email address only.

Account Creation

When you create an account, we collect your email address, full name, and password. Passwords are hashed before storage and are never stored in plain text.

Organization & Team Data

To set up your workspace, we collect your organization name, industry, and timezone.

For each salesperson added to your team, we store their first name, last name, and optionally their email address and job title.

Sales & Business Data

We store sale events you enter, including date, salesperson, and flexible form data (such as vehicle type, gross profit, or other sale details you choose to track).

You may also create custom data modules with user-defined metrics uploaded via CSV or Excel files.

Uploaded Files

When you import data via CSV, Excel, or PDF, the files are processed to extract relevant data and are not stored long-term. Raw uploaded files are discarded after processing.

Usage Analytics

Our marketing site uses Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous usage data such as page views, scroll depth, and CTA clicks. This data does not include personally identifiable information.

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Display your sales data on team leaderboards and TV dashboards
• Send transactional emails (such as permission notifications)
• Process and extract data from your uploaded files
• Improve our product based on anonymous usage patterns

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your sales data for advertising or share it with other customers.

We rely on the following third-party services to operate SalesBoard Prime:

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them for details on how they handle data.

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

• Row-Level Security in our database to isolate each organization's data from others
• TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit
• Password hashing via bcrypt (handled by Supabase Auth)
• Rotating TV dashboard links that expire every 24 hours
• Bearer token authentication on all API calls

No system is perfectly secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• Account data (name, email, organization info) is retained while your account is active.
• Sale events and custom data are retained while your account is active.
• Beta signup emails are retained until product launch or until you request deletion.
• Uploaded files (CSV, Excel, PDF) are processed for data extraction and are not stored long-term.

If you delete your account, we will remove your data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal retention requirements.

You have the right to:

• Request deletion of your personal data and account
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information in your account

We may add self-service data export and account deletion features in the future.

SalesBoard Prime is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify affected users via email or a notice within the application. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
